Job Description: Carberry Health Centre is a 10-bed acute care facility and provides care to a 36-bed long term care facility. Services offered to the facility are Diagnostic Services, reduced hours Emergency Department, Public Health, Mental Health, Nurse Practitioner, OT, PT and Home Care Services. Position Duties include: diagnose and treat the diseases, physiological disorders and injuries of patients. Act as the primary care provider and provide continuous care toward the management of patients' health at the Carberry Medical Clinic, Carberry Health Centre and Carberry Long Term Care.
